More PBs! Keep them coming. The lake reads like a great windsurfing spot. Good results for sailing on your own. Its fun but not as much fun as sailing with others. Is the wind consistent where the water is flat and how long can your runs be on the flat water? Next holidays we might stay at North Haven for a spot of fishing and windsurfing.

What we have noticed with the NE,ENE winds on the Lake is: The wind seems to accelerate between the 2 mountians on the north & south sides of the lake. In NE & ENE  winds you get flat water on both sides of the lake. The north side the flat water runs would be max of 1km before you hit the chop in the middle of the lake. South side about 500 metre run. If you look at my tracks on Google earth overlay on KA72 you can see where I did my speed runs. It will be great if you can make it up here for your Holidays. Easter is usually SE winds. Big 3km runs.I've found a good spot on the Lake for speed runs in the SE winds. Just waiting to test it out when a good SE wind comes along.

Bring a good weed fin. Today I could have used my Drake 400 pro pointer fin. Foregot to bring it with me.
