Late sesh out of Melville on the Manta 59, 6.6 Koncept and Falcon 32. Went up to Pt Walter where it was actually pretty windy - at one stage I was getting pasteurised and homogenised withe 6.6! 5.8 & Manta 49 would have been lovely. By the time I got back to Melville there was nothing much left in the breeze. All in all - great fun!

CA44 6.7 23cm CL

only a small improvement on the Nm PB but will take it, especially given the traffic and the chop out there today..

Nice arvo at Melville. 7.5m Koncept, SP50 and testing new CL30S. What a fanging combo. I got a couple of good runs at Pt Walter, with one of the fastest runs blazing back towards Perth on the Pepi Grove side in a solid gust. I tried the SP44 but it was too gusty. Overall conditions not as good as the other week, but still a lot of fun.

with out doubt the best breeze i have seen(sailed) since 18/2/08 in terms of strength, consistentency and direction...wind was 20 gusting to maybe a little over 25.

all the planets lined up today....missus had gone away and wind..yeehar...unfortunately i should of gone to melville maybe? the

all in all great to see a classic seo at last...(with 2 weeks left of summerFrown)

could not get in sync at all today-went out with the ca40 and 5.8kon and 3 different fins- falcon 24,tmvassyand falcon 26

then went to the ca50 with the venom 30 and got the best speed for the day on that.

Down to Melville about 5:30 and had a quick go on Slowey's 50 with his 7.5.  Forearms blew up straight away  - note to self - sail more often or eat more spinach.  Changed back to my KA 6.6 and Centurion for the rest of the session.  Got to say I did like the Carbon Art for the little time I spent on it......

The good news Snides is that there is now a ban in place for kites at Melville in winter.  Praise the residents I say.

I think we need to work in packs - blazing through any area that is considered a kiting spot to strike fear into their little hearts! Three or four boards drag racing is mint fun anyway.
