Sanctuary Point, 15-20 knots NE

Starboard S-Type 104, Loft O2 5.9, 30cm Select Viper fin

What a great end to a long weekend! An absolute beauty of a NEer blew in today. I didn't have much time, as we were driving home today, so I sailed my little heart out. 85kms in 2hr 20mins. Totally stuffed now!

Fun couple of hours!

Quick sail after work. Was pretty light at first but filled in and had some god runs. Didnt last long.

That boat ramp at sanctuary point is really a brilliant place for a nor easter. The wind funnels down the bay. It's shallow for 500m, so a great place for learners. The water just off the beach is soo smooth and flat, it makes you look like a better gyber than you really are!

Nice work Mike! I'm heading down there this weekend. Saturday looks great to get my fiance out for a beginner session, looks like there could be some decent wind on Sunday.

Hey John, you'll love it down there, it's a great place to teach a beginner. My wife came down there on saturday and even got inspired enough to want to learn! There's a huge grassy area, plenty of parking, no wind onshore, and Mr Whippy!
