Ian have you got a google earth overlay of your track, keen to see where you sailed there.

Mark, it's a nice easy spot to sail.  Rig on grass, launch from sandy beach, and then there are some shallow sand bars to stop and rest.  Flat water and negligible current behind the wall helps too.

I'm also a big fan of the beaches down that way.

Thanks Ian, I stopped by there on way back from Coffs a while ago.  Saw lots of sand bars and wasn't quite sure where the best sailing area was.
