Solo session at Elwood after working in the CBD (where was everyone?). Wind was a bit light first (16 kts) so took the big gear but got planning quite easily on the JP 135. During the course of the afternoon the breeze came through a bit more and I swapped to the 105 Rocket and had some really good runs then. Not quite as good as Tuesday, but still good fun.

BTW the coppers must have thought to collect some fines from some easy innocent targets, coz they checked the street out briefly (but no one was in the No Standing Zone to load or unload, so they nicked off again Tongue out) .

Was going to go but the wind beacons didn't look so good until about 5pm. With an hour drive ahead of me it leaves little time for sailing. Weekend's looking ok so am hoping for at least a decent session there this weekend.

Beach has been cleaned up, just a little bit left next to the concrete structure, nothing to worry about. Dials didn't look too good first but wind picked up nicely after 5pm. I was in the CBD for a meeting in the arvo and Elwood seemed the best option.

I heard the best day was Wednesday apparently.
