5938 days ago 2 categories   Sam called me a bit after 4 and said the wind was in at his place, I stuck my head outside and at my place there was nothing at all, so I hooked up the trailer and went down to investigate only to find a pleasent seabreeze blowing.
Rigged 7.8 RS Slalom III on my Aircraft carrier with my as yet untested MFC 46cm weedy and had a blast, chased sam around for a bit until he crossed the penguin island spit and dissappeared down into shoalwater, i could not be bothered walking my fin over so kept plodding around on the southern side of the spit. Before making the run back to the pond in a fading breeze.
Will keep the 46 weedy for use with my 8.5 in future and just use the 40 choco with the 7.8, having a footstrap moving session tomorrow morning, the SP44, carrier and iso all need straps repositioned.
