Sailed from st george Yaught club up to tthe speed strip  which was just above the tide level :)

did the fastest run on the very last run  of the day as my legs were starting to cramp up !

20-25 SSE Clontarf gusty and fluky

Not the best sail I've ever had. Came a cropper in one of the gusts. Wasn't quite set properly, wind under the board whilst heading up wind & ended up slamming my shins into the mast near the boom. Nothing broken, gear or body wise, but Ouch!
