Nice one Nick, lucky you to get out.  Looks like you had the walk of shame back up to the sailing club though at the end!

The link to the overlay works fine.  If you want it to come up on this page, you need to do a PrintScreen on your computer, then open Windows "Paint", paste in the screenshot, then save as a JPG.  On the GPSTC website, there is a little icon of a tree above where you type in a comment.  Click on that and upload the JPG.  Should then appear.
