CA50, Venom 30, 6.4 and 7.5 Koncept/Kermit, SF36, 6.4 Koncept, Burrum Heads.

Wind didn't come in until late morning as the tide was dropping. Looked like it was going to keep picking up so went with the 6.4 again. Got to the end of the bar and struggled to even water start so went back and got the big board and 7.5. By the time I got out again and put the 7.5 on the CA50 the bar was quickly dissapearing. Got one run from the top but wasn't powered up enough even with the 7.5.

Burrum Heads, Used Iso 96, VMG 6.0 and Venom 34.

Out before the bar was exposed today so headed out on the isonic to handle the chop. The wind was more from the east so the only place we could use the bar was right out on the last 3 pins. Didnt want to walk back out so never changed over to the CA 50. Sailed the last 65ks in front on the high tide which was very punnishing with tide swell and chop all working together to make a nice chocy washing machine. Was aiming at 200 but the wind gave in at 5pm stopping the fun.

Ha, thanks Kel.  Sorry to hear you didn't get good conditions today.

Thought you might find this amusing - told the wife that I broke 4 PBs and did 160km.  She told me later that I was stupid not wearing a helmet as doing 160km/h is really fast.  she had also told a few friends of my speeds. Sometimes it's just not worth the frustration of explaining what I do in my spare time. Wink
