Good to get back on the water after not being able to windsurf for 6 weeks because i broke my big toe in my left foot. Was very gusty on the water and i was finding the conditions tough as i originally went out on my iSonic 86 and 5.7m KA Koncept but spent most of the time not being able to get going so switched to my iSonic 111 and 6.4m KA Koncept which i found a bit too big in the biggest gusts. Not too happy with my speeds i got today as the local guys were faster and i know i can go faster on this equipment combination but hopefully i will be able to have a decent crack at improving my PB's at the Ray on Tuesday and West Kirby on Wednesday
