Found I had to to much board so out came the FSW 102. After all that I was stuffed ( 7.2 is very hard work in the chop ) so went home for a swim in the pool and an ice cold beer. :)

4538 days ago Lake Cootharaba, QLD, AU What another awesome day at the lake. Arrived at lunchtime and wind was alreaady a constant 12 knots Chris was out on his 7.8 but came in to change to 7.0 so I knew it would be as windy as last sunday so rigged the 5.7 Koncept and JP 84 with 29fin.
Got on the water about 12.30pm did the first hr with Chris and then we went in and had some lunch. Was underpowered at times so thought this hour wasnt that great. Went back out at 2pm sailed to 3pm and this was the best hr, exactly like last week (best hr was between 2-3pm). Lake was even flatter than last week so thought I might as well keep going for some distance. The last 15 nautical miles was a bit underdone again and everyone had gone home then I spotted Anne still out so decided to keep going she needed to do 6nm and I still needed to do 10nm to get a PB and we just managed to squeeze it in before the wind promptly switched off at 5.20pm.
This definitely felt like my easiest distance attempt so far was just so comfortable most of the time cruising about 4km runs at a time.
Where were the rest of you Vikings! left it up to the girls to bring the team distance up for the month
