Waterloo Cup. Should have taken the formula kit, at least Brad would have been in sight  , but I did catch the two groups starting ahead before hitting the hole just south of Manly, so I've led a race this season, even if only for a minute or two.

Out of interest I wore a HR monitor, peaking @ 161 during a pumping session, running mid-150s during regular reaching, and not a lot during the slogging, which was most of it.
