Last round of the Summer Slalom series at BB. The forecast was so wrong it wasn't funny but there was still an awesome turnout to make the most of what was on offer. We managed to get 2 heats and 2 finals in before we called it quits. Big boards and BIG sails were the order for the day, both of which I don't have. SO, a massive thanks to Remi for the loan of a demo RS Exocet slalom 111. Loved it mate! Also to Tim Ford for the loan of his fin which was bigger than anything I own. If I wasn't able to borrow both of those items there wouldn't have been much point in my racing as I doubt I would have ever planed.

Still, great to see all the Lake Macquarie guys down as well as young Alex up from Canberra.

kyeemagh 5-17 kts n-ne ht 4 slalom  series  manta 69 , vapor 7.9, 40jp fin , patchy but smooth as, if only the wind had done as perdicted.

a big THANKS to DES for a loan of his medical kit to patch up nathan's foot after he kicked the trailing edge

 of a formula fin leaving a 5cm gash, bloody kids......
