Matt will have to Get a SD Card for his GT-31. Its so much easier doing a post. Has to be 2GB SD card. Some brands don't work.

To do a post with out the card: You have to connect the USB cable to the GT-31,then to a USB port on your PC.

Next turn on the GT-31. Go to the Navilink screen on the GT-31. Now open the NAVILINK program on your PC, ( which is on the CD supplied with the GT-31. Down load that program to your PC ) You have to click on the connect button in the top left hand corner , so your PC can find the GT-31. You can choose different Ports until it says ( Genie GT31 divice found ) .

Click the Log Data in the Command Execution section.

Then click the READ button . The data from the Data Logger should now down load on to your PC. You should select a folder in your Documents to put it in. Make a new folder in My Documents for your GT31 files.

Once the files have down loaded into the folder on your PC from the GT31. Find either the GPX file or SBP file for that sailing session and upload one of them to www.ka72.com then do your Post the same way as using a file uploaded from your GT31 SD card.

Try that it should work.
