Narrabeen Lake, NSW, AU

JP Slalom 68, NP RS:Slalom MKIV 7.8, Select 37.

Wind was OK early then turned into an all over the place but at least it was a very nice day, I had the lake for myself for quite a while until Wysey showed up. Once again it’s nice to be out in the water.

Clontarf, NSW, AU 10-15 ESE

Starboard Formula 160,  VMG K74(cut down), NP EVO II 10.7

Interesting little training session with T. Ford. Finally got the ol' SB 160 lit up in my recently modified chicken strap set up.(thanx NickO)Cool I had her railing down wind and holding T. Ford for angle, but some of work to do on the speed front?Undecided Riding the swell(pretty decent swell it was too rolling through the heads yesterday) was a heap of fun in the gusts. Some work to do there too when heading up wind & riding down the back of those big dippers, but such a buzz! (even when your doing it badly)Tongue outFoot in mouth

Taylors Point, NSW, AU

starboard 161, rsr II 12.0, vmg k70

thought lightly whitecapping breeze on the ocean would be good for my 12.0 10min drive from here, took out the slalom gear, drove up & found 20knots...

lasted about 15 minutes, one of those run times where each time i sheeted in i went sideways.. bugger

there's always next time..
