Started out with about 8knots from the North and swung around to about 8knots from the East, with not much in between! Thanks to Ducati for coming out and keeping me and Scotty company.

Out with 3-4 locals Messanger Emoticons and Uncle Ray Free Emoticons Smileys (Newbie) from Kingaroy (down for 3 odd weeks).

Would not have thought today was worth coming 2 hours just for the day. Started off very mediocre. But it turned out to be very good.

The lake is about 60cm higher than a few weeks ago. No foaty objects but water is very tannin colour. Other than that, it is the best spot around here. Lake Weyba might be good with the higher water level, particlarly if you come from southern sunshine coast. But Cootharaba better for you guys.

 

What size Xcite has Scotty got? Great to see him out there!

Hey Jeff, thanks for the info. Scotty is using my 130 xcite ride, probably a bit big for him, but okay in light winds. I'll keep an eye on the weather and see if we can make it to the lake this weekend.
