Windy arvo at Elwood with Jerry and Evan. Had a bit too much sail with the 6.5, but downhauled, out hauled and hung on.

Some good ramps especially in close. Good way to finish the school holidays. (Captain made us wear our GPS's)

Lot of bump'in and a bit of jump'in. Good session with Jerry and Bondy. Managed to stay upwind today probably because I was nicely powered. Concentrating on getting heaps of pressure down on the harness seems to be helping.

Great posts, especially Evan great speed for the bumpy bay conditions. Wearing a GPS is fun, hey? Would have loved to sail too, but work was in the way as usual.

Yeah, was a good session. First time in ages I have been able to get up high enough to make a bit of a downwind run. That 5.8m has a good wind range. Wind seemed to be anything from 14-25 knots and I only had moderate down and outhaul set. Was difficult conditions out the back for the gybing though. 26cm fin would have been a lot better overall.

Where was the invite? I would have missed it any way due to WV meetings, first at Yachting Vic with the CEO and then the WV committee meeting. Didn't get home until after 10pm. Must have been over 20 knots as Ginger Pom didn't turn up to the meeting.
