Decrepit (56800km):  2 categories   Fangy's skunked! Got one nice run to boundary Island, sucked fangy and bono out, then wind died and turned more easterly, took three tacks to get back. Then wind was very off and on, with very short gusts. After we'd all called it quits and down rigged wind turned back southerly and picked up. Somebody upstaire is having one big laugh at our expense. Guess we should have gone to Liptons. | ||||||||||||||||||

Well it looks as though I jinxed today nicely. Fangy's stayed in the gusty SE air stream until I had given up in disgust..Then it swung and before I could get too grumpy I bade Capn Calm and Bono farewell and drove off. I spent a long time on the water for one good bullet that lasted a minute or so. Not even the eternal optimist in me can chalk that one up as a Top Ten Fangy Day,it was just rubbish and a little unnecessarily cruel However I did go and see Sting and Paul Simon last night - that was brilliant and itself is worth a few Top Ten Fangy Days :-) | ||||||||||||||||||

Stopped by Fangys to see the cap'n and the fangman struggling so thought I'd give Lipton's a go for the first time today. The wind swung around a bit and died slowly but I got at least an hour of decent breeze.
