Lake George, SA, AU. At the G with max. 20-25knts, 5.6 reflex, a little light earlier, but came through late in the day, best saling 530-630pm. Sailing at the spit. Max sailed right up the lake, however no better as the lake has still to much water/weed beds aren't quite close enough to the surface. Got on to the spped board for the first time in two years. Sweet board. Try losts of fins, delta XT 50 16cm, went up wind well through the chop, however did let go down wind on the flat water, but gentially, so could recover. Went out on the 20cm sling shot, not quite as good up wind but felt secure, it never let go down wind. Both fins felt fast, could tell the difference as the runs were to hit and miss.

THe wind had too much south in it, so it was quite tight across the spit, hence it was hard to get fast times despite the wind strength. A good day however it took time to settle into it. Hard work going up wind beyond the spit due to the chop, hence just fell off to gybe with the speed board.
