JP HF 135L, NP RSR E6 7.8m, NP RSX MWS Foil.

Forgive me father for I have sinned, it's been at least 3 weeks since my last sail and man o man did it show, also Father next time I got and f'ck with a foil which isn't broke please bitch slap me in the back of the head.

Down at sunny Dawesville (a bit of poetic license there as it was cloudy with the occasional rainy windy bit) it looked a good foiling day a nice load of red arrows with the occasional yellow thrown in for some freckle twitching excersize.

Stroppo and Slugger were out to play today and a lot of fun was had by all/most, well the boys were having fun watching me crashing with style, it seemed the only time I passed them was just to give them a better view of me self destructing, still, if an Elmo crashes in the esturary and nobody see's it, did he realy make a dent in the water?

The water was flatt today apart from some monstorous 200mm high chop in the 14knot squalls, apart from a few religious sections it was mostly just joy today with some nice long runs down to Liptions and back.

I had to come in after a couple of runs to do something about the wailing siren which my foil has become since I blunted the trailing edges after it peeled a chunk of skining of my heel. Foil was silent now it screams louder than Barnsey with his nuts in a vice. Even going back out with ear plugs it was still loud.

The water police were out and about today (probably wondering why someone had a louder siren than them) They set of in a big hurry after the Stroppy fella who was on a PB run, they were going to pull him over till they saw what he was doing then bolted after seeing that he was quite literaly flying and decided against trying to talk sense to a mad fecker.

Simon was killing it out there today, you'd never know he's been doing this for just over a month now. Great stuff mate.

Great session today lotsa fun foiling, no injuries and I managed to get rid of most of the snot and chest oysters accumulated from a bout of manflu last week.

Good times

Dawesville, WA, AU

Well I got my Mojo back, had an awesome foil with Elmo and Strop, wind was more consistent today water green sun shining, I went with the 7.5m moved backfootstraps back which made flight easier and slightly more stable. Tried a couple of downwind runs first ending in a nice off and second got me a foil 2 sec pb.

Strop was looking good as usual and fast, Elmo was also flying nice and steady but throwing in a couple of back/front flips for entertainment.

Missed Roger today hope you feel better soon Mate..

Great turnout and sunny weather. Lots of crew about, hi to all:-)

First sail in just under 6 month on my new second hand Mistral and fin combo. Big boy stuff. Its a great slab of a board, almost got lifted a few times but she held her own with a wide eyed jockey trying to tame this beast.

Just under 50 kms, feeling it through my arms and the westerly to be frank was justy junky crap.

Most memorable was almost having a head on against Chris D who was tracking me on port who I must commend on a spectacular dismount with 10's all round for that monster dismount! Chris and I after agreed mutually assured distruction was not on our respective agendas!! It was close!!!
