Shoalwater, WA, AU  foil gear, SCR 5.8

Looked like another 6.5 day but as I prepared the foil the wind increased so up went the crispy new 5.8 for the first time. By the time I got on the water it should have been the 5.4. What the hell, went out anyway. Pretty choppy with lots of white caps and I was strugleing a fair bit and tired realy quickly. After a bit of meditation and powerade headed back out a bit more relaxed and coped much better. Tried most of the time to fly low and slow to stay in controll but got a bit over confident on a few occasions. Sailed till I had brown coming out both legs of my wetsuit and decided to leave it for another day. garden island was reading 18-22 and safety bay 20-24 while I was out.
