Leighton Beach - not super windy but enough for 115l Patrik slalom and 7.8. Wanted to try an ocean hour but as id only sailed 20km imn the first 30 min i gave up and went for a cojple of NMs.

Leighton is always great!

Shoalwater, WA, AU

Roko to Freo race so much fun, Darryl on the foil won the windsurfing section with Jesper, Shane and Claude to follow, probably about 17 - gusting 20kn, I finished as well as Daniel Crimson Flash, kit foilers overall winner with a 30 minute finishing time more later

Cottesloe, WA

Downwind carving practice. Breeze only 18-20 knots so the wind swells a bit gutless at 1-1.5m - had to use more sail power today to carve down the faces - still great fun.

Slingshot 105   Time Code 68    Blacktip 4.5

Typical Melville SSW wind but with some decent gusts. Good to catch up with Tailwind afterwards.

Went out on a dying breeze but enjoyed the challenge. It didn't kick in Anita...it dropped off ...slowly. Wink

Late arvo sesh at Leighton, on the water at 5:30 & I sailed til dark.

Pretty good breeeze early on, and I was well powered on the M112 + 7.4 Koyote + 33 Tribal WS combo.  After 6 it dropped a bit inshore, but there was still plenty of wind further out to sea.

Only a couple of other windsurfers out, I must of missed Hooksey.

Glad I managed to squeeze a sesh in, it was lovely out there. Cool

Hooksey, that's a good ocean hour for someone who gave up after 30 mins...

Good to see we inproved in all 6 categories today, despite the moderate iwnd.

Nice one Boz - I'm guessing the kite foilers won by miles?

Apparently a visiting pro foiled at 40 knots in the ocean here recently Surprised

geez if the kiter finished in 30 minutes he must've been screaming dead downwind.

Kenny close to dead downwind I was halfway at woodmans point starboard tack when two of them just zipped by dead downwind. Race was staggered start lasers first 20 min later skiffs then kiteboarders, we were fourth off the line with the kite foilers last, race was timed from leaving till you crossed the finish line, overall each category had 1st to 3rd places with the overall best time being the kitefoiler. Results will be available in the next couple days on the Freo sailing club website. You would have enjoyed the racing😎

Neil, the wind was picking up during the time I was on the water, 1.30 - 3.40 ... much to the chagrin of my student who would have preferred 10 - 15kn instead of 20.
