Wasn't expecting much wind so gave up on craking a 40knots 2sec and went for a PB on distance.  Grabbed the 8.6simmer, 121L 24fangy as it was rigged up from the other day.  Wind came in a bit stronger the planned but kept on the same gear to keep powered up throught he lulls.  Came in 20km too early had to head back out and at this point it was blowing much heavier but didn't want to rig another sail.  Way too over powered but did some PBs for that board and sail.

Great day sailing with Sam & Carl,  lots of people on the lake.

At LG again for another year. Fun camping with the 2 C's on the spit

Today was one of the worst sessions I've had a LG ever. Wanted to use bigger 37 weed speed fin but it didn't get through the weed near the spit and I went over the front with broken harness lines. Then put on smaller fin to get through the weed but was too small to give me good drive so spent my day on and off the plane with some/lots of spinning out. Probably just too fat for the fin.

Managed to get a few runs on the way home so turned my worst day into the 2nd worst day 😉

LG @ 5 Mile . Late afternoon sail after drive from Adelaide. No numbers as left both GPS in computer bag bag in the van and couldn't be bothered going back to get them. So good on the smooth again.

Hey Daishy. Yeh I think with a 7m 24 delta may be OK.

But with a 8.7 sail and my fat arse was dog poo. 🐕

Fangy although same size is thicker and better for light winds.

Had a lot more fun on the fangy 24 although it's top speed I feel is a little slower but still fast.

That's not too far. It will spoil me. 1.33km walk out at Thompson Beach a few weeks ago. With this front coming end of the week to top up the tank, you all might see me down there soon.
