South Fremantle, WA, AU

Choppy but quite steady wind 15 to 20 knots. One of those days when you'd give anything for a little patch of flat water.

Sailed between South Fremantle (near FSC) and Coogee parallel to the shore.

The wind came in pretty strong at about 3.30 and I would have been better on the Isonic 76. So it goes.

Futura 101, Severne Code Red 6.1, JP weedy 31.

Melville Beach, WA, AU

raced off from uni got down to melville to find it pretty fresh decided to rig the 6.2 and just as finished rigging that the wind died

for the first half hour or so it was pretty rubbish but then it came back in for a few good runs

pretty flat most of the time but every now and then a chop would surprise you

mostly sunny except for when i was once again foolishly hanging around close to dark for that last bit of wind, when will i learn Yell

anyway not bad results considering i spent half the session trying to work out what was wrong with my fav setup because i hadn't sailed it for so long i'd forgotten how to sail it, surprising what a difference there is in technique for just two different rigs on the same board

6.2 reflex, 76 isonic, 30 jp sl (no lead today Laughing)

A struggle to get going on such a small sail. Not much planing, but plenty of exercise.

Looking good out there today Scarrgo, don't know why you were worried about your deep downwinders it looked like you were smoking them todaySurprised

Good numbers Sean! Those 30's are coming easily now.

I know what you mean about the different rigs. You get a bit rusty when you haven't used on ein a while. I enjoyed using a bigger one on Saturday, and have decided to keep notes on the settings that work really well with each sail.

good to blast around with you out there today troutty, couldn't believe the boards everyone was out on today they were so big but they deffinatly didn't look like they were having any where near as much trouble getting back up wind after down wind runs Embarassed but most weren't so fast off the wind although you looked like you were on a mission absolutely smoking everywhere
