Very square today could sail back along the bank.Lots of sailers, got cut off 4 times when I was going down the run.I rigged with to much downhaul and had no power and was oversheeting.I'm hopeless on starboad tack.Still had a fun day, good to catch up with some of the pit boys and nice to see Cam again.

Sandy Point. Borrowed Anthonys RS EvoII 4.7 and JP 49. Didnt have a very good day. Sail felt very off and on and unstable, spent most of the day watching. When I did do a run it didnt feel very good and I wasnt really in control. It was still a good experience but completely different to the type of sailing that we normally do.

Hey Tricky when I take my vent screw out I always put it into my base plate, I use the 2 bolt chinook ones that always stay on the board the screw fits in neat and when the clip goes back in stops it falling out. you then cannot connect the uni because the screw is in there making sure you don't forget it....... I will take a photo tommorrow to show it better.

Cool 3 pb's whoo hoo...........hope your new board goes well.....what is it...

Tongue out fastest boards in there day the old sputnicks..

Hey Tricky here the pics of what I do with my vent screw. good system as you can't put the rig on if you haven't put the vent screw back in.

I always place the screw in upside down then put the clip back in.

Smile Great pb's Ricky getting closer to 40,

Wink hey Hamma I am a port tack man as well, will let you know when it's looking good here again,

Tongue out when we get a bit more water along the run I am just going for the nm record,  we need to get it back from the qld boys.

I will mark out the course with some buoys so we don't pull out early like last time.

had a light wind sail on friday night in the surf didn't have the gps on.  very average sail though.
