5567 days ago Well that quick sesh on the way home had a bit of everything.
rolled up to Melville and thought, hmmmm similar to yesterday, so rigged the same gear, 7.4 O2 Loft, 120 xcite and 31cm jp weedie.
By the time I went to go out I thought, its getting a bit stronger, so swapped to the 101 FSW.
Went out and got absolutely hammered, the gusts were so strong I was pushing with all my might to hold the leading edge of the sail up and two or three times was just driven into the water, on the windward side.
Gave up and came in to change down sails, spent about 15 mins rerigging, only to go back out and the wind had died (just the odd gust left), the original rig would have been perfect.
Oh well, you get that...
