Morning session on light wind gear: iSonic 117 wide, &.5 NCX, 44 Venom

Afternoon on Carbon Art, 6.6 Koncept and fin:  wow, Keith (Keef) insisted I try his reboxed delta. It just seemed wrong to be heading out in chop, a 6.6m, a mid sized board and a fin so small it should belong on a surf board........but it worked!!!!  I was able to punch right through the weed beds (5-10 knots more would have been nice) and it didn't let go through the chop. It did feel slower, but it got me flying into calm waters without hesitation.
