Happy with me alpha  but got stupid as wind increased

I came down  with the flue knowing dam well that im here to clear the flue and  my session comes seconed

took out a sand bank at 24 knots  then water dissapeared i seemed to have got the tide wrong today or easy tide got it wrong

almost did'nt go in when i rolled up i had to rig 7.8 but while rigging the wind started to build so i chickened out  for 6,3

was picking up at the end but ran out of water

Started on the Fomula and got a great run on the monster kit, but I hit a rock, damaging the fin and had to switch to the slalom. Really light wind and annoying snce it was perfect Formula conditions.

Well done to everyone on their speeds yesterday at West Kirby, wish I could have been there.
