I was to sick to enjoy the sail and the gusty conditions make going through the weed a bit of a mine field. I forced myself out as I wanted to try the New sail ...it felt good just heed to be feeling better and has some consistant wind to really try it out.

Rigged the ka 7.1 futura121, well actually Johnny and Gareth rigged it because i'm useless! Anyway went out, thed wind wasn't very good with shit loads of weed!! Anyway had a few runs, came in for a snack, then typically the wind was howling! So rigged the ka6.3 and grabbed the s-type 105. Then the wind dropped off again!! anyway it picked up enough to get a few good runs in, so was worth the re-rigging!!

Nice to catch up with some of the Smugglers. Plenty of impressive sailing all round. We know Milsy likes to make a splash and has a few people worried but it's all good. Much nicer day sail, thanks to Micky K, for the loaner BP Kestrel fin. Could have used that yesterday. Just looks like we'll have to come back then.
