Melville Beach, WA, AU iS111, 6.2K, 33 TPM

5 - 20 knots gusty, shifty. Not a top 10 Melville day. No planing gybes today but I'm blaming the lack of consistent wind.

Good to catch up with Boz and get a good run down of the Cervantes event.

Pelican Point, WA, AU I arrived early today because I missed the peak yesterday. Nicely ppwered ( cruisey...Boz style) It kicked in, I changed down to a 6.3 for a bitta fun and then of course...who would've known...it dropped.  Had a good time anyway, playing around with settings..no idea how I clocked up that distance??

First sesh: WindTech 64 , 7.1 Ka , 32 finlet  Got the 2 sec on this setup.

Second sesh: WindTech 57 , 6.3 Ka , 28 finlet ( the 57 is sooo nice)

Melville Beach, WA, AU.

Must be one of the shortest distances I have done, Neil well done on 110k's. Today was only about seeing if a cheap mast works on the KAR 7.1, surprisingly not too bad for a 35% carbon Killwell mast, sailed rigged a bit flat though.

Manta 58 KAR 7.1

^ Woody that just doesn't sound quite right...

Congrats on the distance PB Neil! Triple figures beats the Australian Cricket top order hands down.

Hahaha, Boz, ...you suggest to Neil retiring to the chosen weedy waters, knitting and walking frames etc. He does a century and you do 12 km. LaughingLaughingLaughing

Ha Ha Ha.... who needs the comedy channel ( I'm actually laughing out aloud), this is better.

Woody it took me a while to get Fangy's point.... (but I have been trying to create a blonde... with a tan...) but if you mean the board, yes it's fun but I've been doing it for a while so not something I think about..until you mentioned it.

Classic Fangman... touche'

That mast sounds a little flexi Bozman , if she's rigging flat?

Hilarious Fangy. I was confused till I read Neil’s reply. Neil you need to create a 28 it will be more responsive than the 59 and give a smoother ride 👍

Woody..isn't it half your age plus 7?  Anyway a 28 may be a great ride but could you live with it?

Cheers Firiebob and Flatchat
