Lake George, 5 Mile, SA, AU

Nice one & life's good. I wasn't getting much speed but was having fun, was told this morning by those who know, that I was going in over some rock garden yesterday, well that spooked me so I had that yelling in the back of my mind. Decided to do a little downwinder, did a turn and saw JB's wind sock so went over there for a chat. Took off again and though gee the winds picked up and it had, I had a blast, got my best speeds on the opposite side to yesterday and a couple of top 5's. Back at camp and beers with the Child Bride finished the day just right, happy days.

CA SL87, Pepefoil 18 Delta (ripper fin), 6.6 Koncept and just boardies again.

Liptons 1 hr Lockdown exercise.  Wore mask whole time, RANGER turned up he drove right next to me slowed down he smiled and waved, I smiled though not visibale with mask, and I waved back, so all was good there is no issue if you do the right thing.  Wind just kept building and building but so did the tide, my fastest run was my last run as the wind had picked up, quite choppy and felt  really fast like a high 30kt run and secretly hoping it was 40kts, and when I saw 35.9kts on the GPS display, I could hardly hang on the sail anymore and I said that's it over for me, not going to risk hurting self.  Rocky turned up and i lent him My GPS, and when he dropped it off at home he said the wind had gone ballistic and the chop had got to 1 metreSurprised
