A bit of a token attempt in gusty conditions but was good to re-aquaint myself with Ricketts.  

Spent most of the time waiting in lulls or on the beach for the wind to kick back in but will definitely be back here - lots of really good swells and ramps that are perfect for a westerly. Will try again tomorrow with more time on my hands if it's windy.

Marginal conditions, planing about 30% (in gusts). Should have gone to Swan Bay for weekend.

well done to the other guys in a squally gusty day.

Looked a bit gusty so decided Pt Henry rather than Swan Bay.

Early afternoon gusting between 15 and 30 knts, too much on and off to get comfortable, it settled down late in arvo and was quite enjoyable water nice and flat as the tide went out but the wind strenghth dropped off also.
