Sellicks 10-15 knots

Fun day day on the water, forgot how beautiful this place is, crystal clear and no carp.

Learnt you have to go big as possible and just hang on in the bullet gusts.

Good for peaks, 10s, alphas but that is all.

Got to use a pointer too..... YES !! 🤙

Jp 130, 8.4 MS, 44 tectonics pointer

stansbury SSE 15-25 knots

RS2, 6.7Saber, Choco weedy

Got there around midday and chatted with Carl for an hour. Rigged for the forecast later wind even though it was only 12-15 knots. Headed out to the middle lease and stepped off wondering why i came out this far in light wind. We headed across the bay in a line toward the jetty and slowly the wind kicked a bit and fun meter rose to 1/3. A bit more sailing and the wind kicked more to 20+ and it was great. Had a great time sailing with Carl and Jay

Had a great camp last night at boggy on my own and was pleased to see a big turnout today. Lots of people. Stash came to meet me for a sail and wow I'm glad he did. Was light to start with but man I kicked in at around 5pm to 20 to 25 south.

Speed strip up the top along the death strip turned to marble flat and was such a pleasure to sail in. Super flat and fun.  Little too square for massive numbers but was soo much fun.

If Stash wasn't there I would have woosed it and gone in as it was super powerful conditions.

The run home over the crazy chop in the middle was super sketch 😳

Finished the day with a beer and BBQ and watched the sun go down on what what was a super sesh

No carp hit at all. Did see a couple but managed to miss them all

Stansbury 15 to 20 with a few stronger gusts.

Lunchtime arrival with a light breeze.  Catch up chat with Hop and we decided to rig for later forecast.

Bad moved at the start as hit a couple of razor fish and then headed out to 2nd lease with Hop and the wind was marginal.

Headed up with a light breeze and suddenly it picked up and the day just got better from there.

Managed to get in a one hour with a few speed runs in the middle lol, and alphas and a few k's.

Had an absolute ball so much fun in clear water - no CARP but did have to use weedies - only bummer.

J turned up later and seemed to have fun.  It actually picked up at the end.

Patrik 100 / 6.9 loft racing blade / Gun sails 29 weedy.

Stansbury 18-20 average but got a bit over 20. 6.3 RaceBlade, 18 MUF Delta, 92 Patrick Slalom. A bit of sail tuning at the start, boom height and base track etc. Still getting to know the Loftsails, but it's behaving itself. Had difficulty pointing, and when the over 20 guts hit, had issues with fin stalling, so was switching from top to bottom clew of sail and visa versa etc. Probably should have used the 20 Delta, as I got it for this sail. In the end, the wind was getting sketchie, so called it a day. Only had 1 little bump with the fin, which was pretty good since I was flying "nap of earth". Packed the speedie board because it was forecast to go bunta, but never really did. I ****ed my neck up last weekend, and wasn't going to do many k's, but ended up doing more than I thought. The sail is very easy to use. Nice catching up with CAPT and 1/4 Royal Cool
