Not a bad session.

Morning was a little light, got stuck down the bottom of the lake and had to dredge back. Did about 30k on Dizzy's 97 litre board and then the wind kicked in for the afternoon session. I hit something hard at about 150km, luckily the harness came hooked and I was able to bounce along the water until I stopped. After that I decided to head down to the bottom end of the lake and just grind out a few km. Oddly this resulted in my second best hour ever.

The last 30km was a bit of a slog as the wind was dying and I was not in the mood for pumping out of gybes
