Today was hard work! I'm rooted!! I started on the 113L up with the Mach 1 7.8 and atomic 22 and was fine for an hour or two. Came in and down rigged ro the 95L and Severne Reflex  6.2 with Daishy's Tribal SYM 22. I felt.overpowered after only 30min or so but didn't want to do the mud walk again so I persevered. 3 or 4 hours overpowered later and 100km and I was toast. Thanks to Daishy again for all his coaching. He certainly helped me to improve my gybes again today. Still not happy with them but I'm heading in the right direction.

Lake George, SA, AU  118 fmx with 7.8, 24 tribal delta , 38.5, 27.4 alpha PB for that combo.

then FMX 98, 7.0gun, 22 atomic, nice combo for another PB alpha on that board and sail.

got lifted after the 118 L alpha and crazy stack with back foot in, double ouch, think the foot is stuff, couldnt jybe after that so didnt do the hr but too lit with the 7m for the hr.

just tried to get over 40 knots but the combo was so "39.5 " knots all day, pretty happy with 39 Av actually.

great consistent 25/30 at times knots.    just too much board and sail and didnt want to change down again. I knew if I got out of water with foot I wouldnt get back in.
