My big kit was a bit (alot) happier today in 5-10kts less wind.

Again, wow, i've gone so many steps closer to a planing jibe.
Actaully i'm claiming it, i've done it. They were not no-hands things of grace and beauty, but i turned around, and pretty much kept planing.

It was my goal for the season to learn carve jibes.
A good start to have had 7 ripper sessions here when summer has not even started yet.

Just in case it is super el nino time and i'm overgunned, i'm thinking about a smaller board maybe - talking to a Mid-North Coast Marauder about getting his Manta 71.
