First asil for a long time - hip muscle strain - great to be back on a sunny light day
125 rocket, 22 delta, 7.5 Turbo then 6.5 Simmer.
Not much wind and the 7.5 was just right, but my fitness was not, so changed to 6.5 and felt much more comfortable
