A lot to ask from the big kit as the gusts were 25kts but i’m used to handling it in strong wind. Not today. Not here. That was evil. Chop, varying direction.
Worse than this was that i got lost. Thought i’d gone down wind past camp, was heading back up, then picked up a few cues after some time that yeah nah, i’d gone mega upwind.
It was almost rated as bad, but in the end i’d say still good, in a different way.
Big storm rolled in soon after.

Keen to try lighter seabreeze there.
