Well it certainly licks monkey balls not having a trailer behind the car withy everything in itFrown

Loaded the car based on the forcast left the 7m at home (I actually took the kids rig as a second sail).

Twas ok mostly but quite a few holes. Terry was just zipping on by (he chose wisely).

Some nice lumpy goodness with a bit more westerly in the breeze than normal.

Great to catch up with the potty mouthed (found one of our ALF's) rebuilt Pacey.

As well as catching up Snides and Cheryl back from Karrathaland freshly retired.

Concerted effort on the trailer now, no matter how crap I'm feeling.

A fun afternoon at fangys with a few others. I got there on time and riged a bit small,,

thinking it may pick up some, but no, nothing. It was strong enough for me to be on the plain all the time,,,

so not complaining.  Had the old sonic 56, the ka kon 58, and mufdelta 19 with skirt/fillet. Cool

Fun in the sun. Experimented with raising boom to get the nose down. I think it works.

The girls were well represented today, but somewhat weirdly the first order of business appeared to the Gloria wandering the carpark looking for a rubber. Luckily Remery had a stash in his dash. The breeze was also wandering around a bit, doing its usual Coodanup thing of coming in with a bit of a bang then backing off only to slowly build later.  Basil arrived with a bit a bang as well, launching into a solid barrage and bullying and unprovoked jibes and fat shaming.  A fair chunk of chinwagging and procrastination followed but finally went the AtomicFangy 150l  Avalon 7.0  FF18bulb. Basil went for a toothpick and bandana and Huey made him pay the price for fronting up for a sail in his big girl blouse.

Brain in neutral, cruisey afternoon. I made no attempt to do anything other than potter around the paddocks and look for Flexafario trying out the new fin - turns out the traffic killed off that plan.

More chinwagging at stumps, where as usual there seemed twice as much gear that was twice as heavy to pack away. Of course then there is the long drive home. Keen to do it all again in 2024.
