A quick bit of overtime in the morning to make it 6 days this week. The breeze was there again, i couldn't resist trying. All felt good. Then it dropped out and that was that. 
10am session was a good start to the day. 
My heart rate was 88. So smooth, maybe I'm dreaming out there.

So, here l am. Down in Croatia in paradise as far as windsurfing is concerned. Magical place with fairly reliable wind. Like being on lake Garda. You have to check well before you jibe. Im on borrowed equipment that needs a bit more tuning but who is fussy.
