Melville Beach, WA, AU. Short session in the sun with all my mates.   Was cranking nicely and shoulda gone out with the smaller board like yesterday to get more speed as was fully lit.  Wind dropped out and chugged about for a couple of laps so called it.  Of course, picked right back up after letting the downhaul out.

Pelican Point, WA, AU

Got down to Peli around 12:30 and it looked OK.

Rigged the 8.0 + 660 wing and had a crack.

It was pretty underwhelming, and I was slogging quite a bit, so after an hour I changed up to the 9.0.

Better, but still marginal and the wind got more holey as the arvo wore on.

And there were absolutely shitloads of yachts everywhere, which is why I usually avoid the river on the weekends, but I wasn't sure it was worth the drive to Rocko, given the marginal conditions.

So, far from epic (carn Huey!!), but still nice to get out.
