7.5m Turbo - RS4 ( 111ltres) - 24cms FF

 That's the nicest sail I've had at Budgy for ages..good depth so you could go anywhere , even some glassy wavey type areas. Not enough to get decent speeds but ok to practice gybes and have fun.

Happy with the alpha. I think the  2 sec was 21kts when I got it and I was pinching upwind rather than going for alphas.

 I went out early as I figured the storms would shut it down and the cloud did.

 Much nicer than hanging on for grim death in chop where I don't get decent speeds.Undecided

 Just me , then Mike and Pete. Dave and Greg F came out late but it was almost over by then.

Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. 120, KA Race 6.3, 23 pepe. I was a bit slow rigging new sail. Anyway it rigged well. Cant wait to get it powered up. I had to come down and get the sail so it wasn’t a wasted trip. Good to see the smugglers and get a bit of rigging advice too.

Expecting more wind so went small. Good for half the time but went well when it was going.

Best on the water today were Rumford Marine who showed everyone how to do it with matching Ezzy Sails.

Good turnout today and a pleasure to follow Mick around again.
