Marmong Point, NSW, AU

Normally I am happy with the Se/S wind at the club but this time it was unusually uneven.

Still any time on the water is better than nothing.

Rathies, NSW, AU. Took off from Melbourne airport at 1:55. On the water at Rathies at about 4:20. Crazy world. 4.7 Taka 1250 Flow. Not the best wind, very patchy. Just enough to keep on the foil in the very sub10kts but fun in the 12+ patches. Oh well

Marmong Point, NSW, AU SE 5-15+ and gusty and interesting at times. After a couple of crashes and a few fall ins time to call it a day. Levi 150 G800 Ezzy 5.7

Mungo Brush, NSW, AU. Skywing 94ltr, FlyII 5.4, hps980 / 75 / 400. Tried harness again, not bad, hardly needed at this stage. During the big summer freeze hibernation I had let the jobs go and realised today right before session that I had a hole in the rail and water in there. Woops. Lucky the sun came out, dried it, plugged it with suncure resin and tried not to let the board in the water too much once out, good practice. 😁
I was warned about the rails on the these older Skywing boards, soft as. Good practice glassing. Couldn't do so well in the gybes today and had a few ugly stacks. Almost sent to foil over wing in one stack, glad I didn't.
Wind was a bit on and off when out but came in later. Somehow in summer on a sunny day my hands froze. Weird. And I thought I should get out before killing the board. Repair held up, chopped it off in the carpark, let it roast again, now fixing proper.
Mobdog on windfoil, other local Rocky has taken up the wing too.
