Andrew Haigh (52676km): ![]() Coal Point, NSW, AU Stingray 115, Glide 905, Naish 5.4 Southerly 18-22 kts Cold angry gusty southerly, felt like winter, not many people on the water.
MobZ (7897km): ![]() Mungo Brush, NSW, AU. Patrik 120, KArace 6.3, 35cm. I think I chose wisely in the end, luckily. Really hard to get the head around the weather at the moment. Think I almost suffered from speed fever as I was about to blast up the coast for a faster spot but not keen on driving today so just went to Mungo with brother Mobdog who was on Naish thruster foil and 5m going well.
Kev (1826km): ![]() Nerong NSW S 5-10 knots Mikes Lab Formula, Sailworks 6.0m Retro, Axis 1099 Looked promising early on but fizzled and became a search for a suitable gust. Lots of short tacks to chase lifts. Couple of runs of 700m but the rest was 200-300m flights, Never really able to try and control flights as it was more about pumping to the next gust. Flat glassy water is always interesting to foil on. Forecast for Saturday/Sunday looks best for this place.
