5.5m Gator & 84 Cross- Novara

The wind was quite strong when we arrived, hence the small gear.

It was up & down the whole time I was out, both times, love a challenge. 😂

There was a breeze (just enough to start with, but it didn't fill in as I'd hoped). Got a few okay runs before it dropped out

7.5 M8; Radix 110; 22 DS....Coodanup

Well that was one of the weirdest days ever! Arrived with nobody there and a reasonable breeze (15+ knots) that kept slowly increasing so riigged 7.0 with 110 Radix. Went to change to go out and the wind started to die, so packed the 7.0 and rigged the 7.5. Got changed and the wind died to about 5 knots...by this time Decrepit, Gloria and Anita had rigged and headed out. So sat and watched for 15 min and decided to give the light breeze a go...walked into the water...no breeze...waited 10 min sail at the ready...bugger all breeze...walked in and sat for a while. Breeze started to slightly increase so wandered out again...waited...finally a little breath...enough to just get going. Had a few runs not powered at all...26, 27, 28. Was going to come in pack up and go home but there were a few little gusts (little being the operative word)....so kept at it and even got enough to get up top of the NM. Did a few runs but the tide was very high and the on off breeze made it a bit lumpy, but got some OK runs.

Came in and within 5 mins the breeze really booted in...whitecaps everywhere but couldn't be bothered going back out ...lucky cos it only  lasted about 20 min then it dropped back. Packed up and went home.
