Good to catch up with so many people since last year but an expensive day! Had a massive crash! Spun out and railed the board in a split second at around 31/32knts, sheared the boom off its head and cracked the deck on the board. Im glad I came out of it in one piece and luckily, the mast and sail undamaged. $600 hurts but better than thousands!

Good sail overall though but thought hitting 35 would be relatively easy on a southerly along the spit. Tried all day but my fastest run, funnily enough was unplanned, across the lake, when I caught a strong gust going back for some lunch, after a 10min wind drop! frustrating!
