Walchansee, Germany. Virus 85, 5.4, HPS830. Locals don't like that it got known as 'the Bavarian Caribbean'. But it is such clear blue water and i havnt showered for days or had many clothes on. In and out of that magic blue juice beside the mountains all day.
A good wing sesh feeling the thermals coming over hills was had. Flat and nice up the top end. Interesting place. Like other spots over here, shoulda been here back before it blew up and aloha thrived they tell me. Bit of a circus getting around in motorhome to a launch spot here. Access is shutting down due to over-tourism. Anyway, got me so lovely TOW after figuring it out and I'd say Bavarian Aloha still has some life left to live. Top spot. The right spot to be in the hot weather for thermals.
Many sailors and wingers. 5am to almost 11pm is light. Doesn't blow all day though. Up and down. Light. They tell me it's usually better but too hot now.
