11 hours ago Kalmus, Cape Cod. Lovely little high tide wing session. Full power on 5.0 since wind readings were low when I decided what to rig. Of course, the wind promptly increased by 5 knots when I hit the water, but a little extra power is fun and makes getting up after crashes easy - my knees really want a bit of help. Happy to get 8 of 12 dry jibes in the chop when going upwind to the slicks, and then 14 good jibes in row on a flat water. Seems I can't unlearn falling on a regular basis, but I can live with one wet jibe in 10 .. on the flats. But today was definitely progress in the chop, even if it was the usual chaotic mix with swell from the S and 25 knot wind chop from WSW.
