Point Grey, WA, AU. Another glorious sunny and cloudless WA day. The forecast was good and a few of us had delusions of cruising about and getting some big distances in. Arrived with Danger mouse and Richo already rigged their big guns (9m). Rigged quickly thinking the breeze was light but enough. Should have not bothered with the wetsuit and gone out in boardies. Alas not quite enough puff to get planning so in to do some more quadrification experiments. Did that while the boyz were happily chugging about. Once done gave it another crack....with much flapping just got planning....came in and switched to the massive FF28...still no joy...decided to make productive use and chug about looking for this tree Antman keeps mentioning..His description of the location is rather vague but easy to spot...couldn't see anything so spat the dummy and called it. The boyz were keen to stick around (it was definitely very pleasant) and the breeze appeared to pick up just as I left. I had set a pretty high bar to beat...lets see. iSonic117, FF18V4, SvT8.6

Well Flex, I hate to break it to you but... "you should have stuck around!". Not long after you derigged, it picked up marginally and I managed to get a few planing runs on the Windtech SB72 + 9 Aerotech Free Speed. Not so sure about Richo though and I suspect he won't be posting! Was fun though and nice being at Boombas in the sunshine, even though the wind didn't play the game. Yet another chug fest but at least we turned up.
