zzz..I only got a few hours sleep last night and struggled with energy for the session.

Only got going once or twice but pleasant plod upwind. Had to uphaul 2 x and struggled to pull myself up onto the board. It didn't help that it is very slippery..regrip in the pipeline?

 Just me and later a winger who got stuck out there. Luke went out as I finished.

The yacht racing was over near Carey for once so that was nice.

Water is cold. I thought I had too much on but I needed it when I went in.

Lovely session at Weiba. Haven't been on the water for a while.  Im having a bit of problem downloading from my mini motion. Luckily Ann has helped me.
